At Premier Shirts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be clear and fair for our global customers.
1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or store credit.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at return@premiershirts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Exchanges Due to the curated and limited nature of our collectible items, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges for the exact same piece, as stock is limited. The best way to "exchange" an item is to return your original purchase for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
